Mark Wakely, author of the award-winning novel An Audience for Einstein, has held a lifelong interest in all things science-related, dating back to high school when he aced the science section of the ACT exam and started a science club that won him the Bausch & Lomb science award.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and is a college administrator at prestigious Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. He lives in Lombard with his wife and three children, and is an avid reader, gardener and amateur astronomer.
